1What is your return policy?
We will accept any unopened and undamaged item for a full refund of your purchase price excluding the cost of shipping of our item to you. You will pay all shipping costs associated in returning the item(s) to us. For a return please follows the how I return an item Q&A.
2How long do I have to return an item?
All returns requests must be made by email within 30 days of purchase.
3How do I return an item?
Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible. Please secure the item so the box does not get damaged in route to our facilities. Mail the package to the address which we will provide to you by email with our return authorization code. Please insert your original packing slip inside the box with your return. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS/USPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail. We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package at our facilities. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for your order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. We may also send you a check for the refund amount. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you don't have your original packing slip, please write your order number, your full name and address as well as the reason for your return on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
4How do I initiate a request for a refund for my return?
In you are interested in returning the item to us, we would require that you contact us by email with the heading refund request. In the body of your email please state the reason for your return, your order number, date of order and we will promptly provide you by email with an authorization code and detailed return instructions.
